Taizhou Tianqin Completes SMC Rotary Plate Mold Trial

Taizhou Tianqin Mould & Plastics Co., Ltd., based in Huangyan, Taizhou, has successfully completed the mold trial for its newly developed SMC rotary plate, a key composite component for sheet molding compound equipment.

The SMC rotary plate adopts SMC composite material with excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. Manufactured by compression molding process, the part features multiple mounting holes and precise cavity structure, meeting strict requirements for rotary operation under heavy load.

During the trial run, the mold performed stably. Our engineering team inspected the finished parts for surface quality, hole position accuracy and overall dimensions. All test results are satisfactory.
