Successful Completion & Trial Run of SMC Explosion-Proof Box Mould

Taizhou Huangyan Tianqin Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer of SMC composite compression moulds based in Huangyan, China’s renowned mould capital, has recently finished the full fabrication of a custom SMC explosion-proof box mould and achieved flawless trial molding.

Our engineering team carried out integrated design, precision CNC machining, surface hard chrome treatment and mold assembly strictly in line with customer technical specifications. Optimized venting and compression flow structures were adopted to eliminate trapped gas and guarantee uniform filling of SMC composite materials. After repeated dimensional inspection and parameter calibration, the official trial run was conducted on a servo hydraulic press.

The first batch of molded SMC explosion-proof housings features smooth surfaces, stable dimensional tolerance, excellent insulation and explosion-proof performance, fully meeting industry safety standards for chemical, mining and power facilities.
