BMC Ladder Insulator Mould Successfully Developed by Taizhou Huangyan Tianqin Mould & Plastic

Taizhou Huangyan Tianqin Mould & Plastic, a professional manufacturer specializing in BMC composite moulds, has completed the development of a new 1+1 cavities mould for red ladder-type BMC busbar insulators.

This ladder insulator is widely used as busbar support in low-voltage switchgear and power distribution cabinets. Made from BMC (Bulk Molding Compound), the red insulator features excellent flame retardancy, high mechanical strength and stable insulation performance. Its special ladder/trapezoidal structure ensures reliable fixing of copper busbars under continuous operating voltage.
