Huangyan Tianqin Mould Releases New 8-Cavity Mould for Red Round Composite Insulators

Taizhou Huangyan Tianqin Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd. has officially finished trial production of its newly developed 8-cavities compression mould specially customized for red circular SMC electrical insulators, bringing higher efficiency to composite insulator manufacturers worldwide.

This one-out-eight mould is engineered for mass production of standard red round power insulators widely used in power distribution cabinets and overhead lines. Optimized runner and venting structures guarantee even SMC material filling, eliminating air bubbles, uneven color and deformation on finished red insulator surfaces. Precision CNC machining and mirror polishing deliver consistent dimensional tolerance across all eight cavities, ensuring every red circular insulator meets high insulation and anti-pollution standards.

Compared with single or dual-cavity tools, the 8-cavities design quadruples output while cutting per-unit production costs. Built-in uniform heating channels stabilize curing cycles and extend mould service life. The tool supports automatic ejection, perfectly matching automated compression molding lines.
